Sheila Cram studied massage and acupuncture at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (now Pacific College of Health and Science: PCHS). She is a Certified Massage Therapist focusing on Tui Na (Chinese medical massage), deep tissue, Swedish and Thai massage. Additional modalities she utilizes are cupping, gua sha, moxibustion and aromatherapy. While working on her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Sheila interned at the PCHS clinic and Rady Children’s Hospital in the chronic pain management center, as well as the hematology/oncology departments.
Sheila has been an assistant instructor for Swedish massage at PCHS. She is also Certified in lymphatic drainage massage and Oncology massage for Cancer patients. One of her passions is working with patients suffering from any type of musculoskeletal pain (acute or chronic). Sheila has a keen interest in nutrition, meal planning and preparation. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling the world, working in her yard, or participating in a variety of physical activities.
