Breathwork with Energy Healing

- Details: Experience the transformative and healing power of Breathwork and energy healing in a group setting!
- Breathwork is becoming conscious of your breath and intentionally changing it to change your state. Breathwork clears out unease, trauma, stress and anxiety so you can expand in all areas of your life! Reiki/ Energy Healing assists with grounding, activating, and healing your physical and energetic body.
- These sessions can be as relaxing or intense as you please, as you are the one in control. I will be there to support and guide you the whole time. As you are doing breathwork, I will be assisting with intuitive energy healing such as Reiki and light language to help move energy and facilitate an even deeper experience.
- We will settle in, breathe, and have time for you to integrate/ share your experience if you would like to.
- Plan some time after to take it easy and integrate. People respond differently after, some like to relax, others like to move. Whatever it is, listen to what your body is asking of you
- Experiences vary, many people experience:
- -Feeling relaxation, inner peace, lighter & happier.
- -A sense of aliveness, open and activated.
- -Stress, trauma, blockages and unease released from the body.
- -Emotional release (crying, yawning, making sounds, etc.), the urge to move your body, body tingling sensation.
- -Clarity, realizations, and connection to your intuition.
- Bring a yoga mat, water, & (optional but recommended) a blanket/ eye mask/journal if you would like! Please be on time.

Spring into Action
- Led by Christelle, an intuitive guidance counselor, angel card and tarot reader, rune reader, remote viewer for finding lost items, manifester and creative visualizer and Kris, a holistic intuitive energy healer who utilizes Acasma energy healing, shamanic practices, Reiki, sound healing, ceremonies and intuitive wellness coaching. She is a Native American drum maker and teacher.
